Au programme de ces deux semaines, Lascaux a inscrit des rencontres scientifiques avec des professeurs de différentes universités et des représentants du milieu industriel agroalimentaire.

La délégation a également profité de son passage en Chine pour découvrir certaines des innovations alimentaires de demain au Salon international de l’alimentation de Shanghaï ainsi que pour éprouver la richesse du monde à l’Exposition universelle 2010.

One part of the agenda of this study tour was seminars with academics from many law schools, another was a meeting with agri-food business representatives.

Furthermore, Lascaux used the opportunity to visit the SIAL of Shanghaï and to check the wealth as well as the diversity of the world at the World Expo 2010.
